Merging PlansRefer to the video on this feature at our YouTube Channel. This function lets you literally add up as many plans as you like into one merged plan, and is ideal for:
1. At the Plans page, select the plans you want to merge by checking the box next their name, and then from the meatball menu for any of these plans, click “Merge”. |
2. “New Merged Plan 1” appears. It shows its child plans when you look at its description in details. This can be edited, but it is recommended that you keep a reference to the plans that were merged to form it. |
3. This plan is a literal addition of the plans that were merged to form it.
4. The plan has the “unmerge” icon available. Clicking this will turn the merged plan into a stand-alone plan which can be edited. Upon unmerging, the prefix “Unmerged” will display in the Plan Title. There is no impact on the sub-plans. 5. The child plans can be edited, and the results will flow through to the merged plan. This is the purpose of this feature. 6. The merged plan cannot be edited apart from the few fields on the plan details page. 7. The List View page of the merged plan will show the transactions of each sub plan in order. 8. If a sub-plan is to be deleted, a warning will appear that it has been merged. |
