Grouping TransactionsThis function allows you to group like transactions together for reporting. For example, you may have a number of creditor transactions that you’d rather see reported as “creditors” instead of each individual transaction individually. Grouping gives you the option to do this. Groups can be imported per the Importing Plan Details & Transactions article. Refer to the video on this feature at our YouTube Channel. |

Adding & Deleting Groups1. With your plan open at list view, click the + next to “Group”. |

2. Enter a name for the group and click “Add Group”. | ![]() |

Re-ordering Transactions within a Group1. Click the meatball menu to the right of the transaction name and select “Re-order”. 2. Move your cursor to the dialogue box and move it to where you want the transaction to be placed. The cursor will appear as a 4-pointed arrow. Click in the place you want the transaction to appear. |

Grouping & Ungrouping Transactions1. Click the meatball menu to the right of the transaction name and select “Move to group”. 2. Select the group to move the transaction to, including “Ungrouped” if needed. |
