Grouping & Reports

Grouping enables you to view and report on your data in a summarised way for easier analysis. You can see the effects of grouping in CFM's various reports: Calendar View, Graph View, and Exported Reports.
The Occurrence Dates Report does not summarise transactions by group, but it does indicate which group transactions belong to.
Reporting – Ungrouped Transactions
Calendar View
- To show individual transaction detail, check the “Show detailed tooltips” box.
Graph View
- To show individual transaction detail, check the “Grouped” & “Detail” boxes.
Export Model – Transaction
- You can elect to report by group by checking the “Grouped” box underneath the heading. The report will be ungrouped otherwise as shown above.
Reporting – Grouped Transactions
Here’s how the reports look once we’ve grouped the transactions – and you can group as many transactions into as many groups as you like. These are reported at the group level of creditors, debtors and tax.
Calendar View
