1 Workspace: name of plan

• Click to go to list view of plan.
• Right click to open plan in a new window. Edit the plan, come back to the dashboard screen and click to update the dashboard.

5 These statistics are for the life of the plan per the start and finish dates.

7 This is a miniature version of the graph view of the cash flow plan.

2 Description of plan per setting up plans.

3 Per the date range in your plan. For rolling plans the start date will be today.

4 These statistics are per the list view of your plan.

6 This calculation is from the start date until the first instance of breach (where cash flow goes below minimum cash) or exceeding (where cash flow goes above minimum cash per this example). Commentary will reflect cases where the graph does not intersect with minimum cash as well.

Adding a plan to the dashboard

• At the Plans menu click the meatball dropdown list and select “Add To Dashboard.”
• The plan’s dashboard will now appear in the top left-hand position on the Dashboard page.
• On the Dashboard page, hold down the left-mouse button over a plan to move it around the dashboard.

Removing a plan from the dashboard

• At the Plans menu click the meatball dropdown list and select “Remove From Dashboard.”

Or…

• On the Dashboard page, click “Remove.” The plan can be re-added to the dashboard later if you wish.
